Excellent! I, too, was diagnosed with a particularly devastating disease in 2001: breast cancer, with the diagnosis of a particular cancer with a low recovery rate. It's been almost 10 years since treatment, and so far so good. I try to make my 24 hours a day worth something. I tend to get too intense sometimes because I want to be helpful to others who are suffering. Sometimes I can be too intense which isn't helpful. Being diagnosed with cancer has changed much of my outlook on everyday living. Life becomes more precious, more loving, more friendship-centered. Is there God? Yes. Definitely. He was there for me every step of the way. I give him all the credit for my recovery. And if he chooses to take me at a certain point, I'm ready to go. I may not be helping in the right way, but I'm trying. No matter what, it's all done with love in my heart.
